Phillippa has extensive experience of claims management, adjustment and settlement arising from fifteen years with the Kiln group at Lloyd's, primarily as Claims Manager for the non-marine syndicates. She has handled claims as both lead and following underwriter and has dealt with property, liability, PA and health and US casualty claims; on both direct insurance and all forms of reinsurance.

Our inspections of records, binding authority reviews and expert witness services have allowed us to remain familiar with market claims issues and current procedures.

We will be happy to take over the management and negotiation of your claims on any specific book of business which you would find it beneficial to outsource, whether "live" or in run-off. Claims can be referred to, and handled in, our own offices in the north of England, from our London base, or by planned regular visits to your premises.
