We undertake reviews and inspections of records before or after the writing of a contract, periodically or as a one-off response to a potential problem, whether or not occasioned by the existence of a dispute with a cedant or reinsurer. We can analyse, and if necessary correct or disentangle, the accounting of proportional treaties. We offer analysis, advice and technical opinions on reinsurance wordings, on commutations, or on contentious claims, and evaluations of a reinsured’s or coverholders’ systems or standards of practice.
