IN-HOUSE TRAINING COURSES
PHILLIPPA ROSS & CO. is one of the oldest professional, truly independent, technically qualified and experienced reinsurance consultants serving the London and international markets. For nearly twenty years we have consistently provided objective, independent technical assistance, opinions and support to our clients on most aspects of current and past reinsurance practice.

Our courses are especially designed for the London Market and are based on our first hand and lengthy experience, both as market players and as consultants, and firmly grounded in real life. Courses are designed to be practical, with clear explanation of underlying principles and their use and application. Wherever possible we endeavour to make them compatible with the appropriate CII syllabus.

All our courses consist of a mixture of delivered lecture, interactive discussion and group and individual worked exercises, with ample opportunity for feedback and questioning. They all conclude with a 25-question multiple choice test designed to measure the learning outcomes of the course and the success of its delivery, and with formal feedback forms for delegates.

All courses include a full set of course materials for each delegate, and for your HR or training department, including course notes, copy slides, exercises and model answers and suggestions for further reading or other learning resources.

Courses are normally delivered in your own offices or training premises, although we can, on request and at a cost to be agreed, arrange alternative course venues if your own premises do not offer sufficient space. Course dates are set to suit your own schedule. We will also happily tailor the content of our existing courses to meet your own specific training needs and identified competency gaps.

Because our courses are interactive and practically-based we recommend that the normal maximum group for any one course is not more than ten or twelve delegates. Our charges aim to be competitive, and current charges are available on request.

To book a course or discuss how we can tailor our courses to your specific requirements please contact Phillippa Rowe on 01388 537755 or at phillippa@reinsurance.me.uk .
